Activation code not working
Generate a new code on your device, then visit /link. Activation codes expire, so use the newest code shown on the device.
No channels after setup
Open Velvet in your browser, test the provider, confirm the portal URL and MAC address, save, then run sync from the app.
Playback failed
Confirm provider sync is healthy, then retry playback. If it still fails, send support your app version, platform, provider nickname, and the safe error code.
Billing or restore issue
Use Restore in the app Settings screen. Include purchase platform and account email if contacting support.
