How do I activate a device?
Open Velvet on your TV or device, scan the QR code, sign in, and the activation code is claimed automatically. You can also visit /link and enter the code.
Where do I add providers?
Sign in to the Velvet web portal and add your provider URL, MAC address, and optional device fingerprint fields.
What does Plus unlock?
Velvet Plus is an active subscription that removes ads from the mobile apps and supports future development.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Velvet is a small hobby indie project and purchases are final. Use the app only if you are comfortable with that no-refund policy.
Does Velvet include channels?
No. Velvet is a player and device experience for providers you configure.
Where do provider details come from?
Provider details come from the service account you already have. Velvet does not recommend providers, sell provider access, or publish provider setup examples.
